1. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Paid Services)

At The Hope Hub, we aim to provide a professional and supportive experience through our coaching and consultation services.

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed Sessions: Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a booking has been made.

• Our Commitment: If for any reason we are unable to deliver a service as promised, you are entitled to a reschedule or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Donation & Refund Policy

We are deeply grateful for every gift that supports PEARL Pregnancy Support and our mission to provide free services to mothers in need.

• Use of Donations: All donations are applied to programs, resources, and services that directly assist women navigating unexpected or challenging pregnancies.

• Non-Refundable: Donations are non-refundable.

• Not Tax-Deductible: Donations made at this time are not tax-deductible.
